If you have read any of my “GWU” updates you know that I’ve been working on a beast of a manuscript. I’ve put a lot of effort into structuring it and making it easy to follow, which I saw as crucial given how much information it contains - hopefully I have succeeded.
The SI has been described as “heroically large” too… It’s hard to know whether that’s a good thing or not, but given that I chose to offload certain model details into it to streamline the main paper hopefully the parties interested in statistical modelling will appreciate the extra information and prior specifications.
I have now submitted it to a journal and I’m eagerly awaiting reviewers’ comments. I’ll update this post as things progress, so that you can see what the timeline was.
